At FarEastFlora.com.hk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +852 8403 6378 or email us at custsvc.hk@fareastflora.com For non-perishable items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in processing your request, kindly provide photos of the items in question along with your refund request.
Please note that flowers and food items are highly perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Flowers are natural products, and as such, no two items are identical. Variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and add to the unique beauty of each arrangement.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and freshness of our products. For any questions or further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the grace period for contacting FarEastFlora.com if I want a replacement or refund for my order?
Please do so within 24 hours of receiving your floral arrangement. We will review your request and advise you accordingly.
How long does FarEastFlora.com take to process a refund request?
We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt once we confirmed that we will be refunding your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of your order. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines and fees associated with cancellations.
Standard Orders:
- More than 48 Hours Before Delivery: If you need to cancel your order more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase amount will be applied.
- Within 48 Hours of Delivery: If the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, the full purchase amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- Next-Day Orders: For orders scheduled for next-day delivery, the full purchase amount will be forfeited if a cancellation request is made.
